For weddings, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during the wedding season (October to March). For smaller events, 4–6 weeks is usually enough. That said, reach out early — popular dates fill up fast.

We're based in Jodhpur, but we regularly plan weddings across Udaipur, Jaipur, and Jaisalmer too. Each city has its own venues and vendors we work with directly — this isn't a Jodhpur-only team stretching into other cities for the first time.
